Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted, we ask that you choose carefully before purchasing. That said, we want you to feel good about what you receive.

Returns
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days (stock permitting).

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces and made-to-order items are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
