Processing Times
Each piece is forged or prepared by hand, and we take care to send it on its way safely.
- Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days
- Made-to-order items: Ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on the piece
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.
